Qualifications

Diploma in management/ business/ Automotive required.
Experience in Delivery/ Automotive field is an advantage.
Malay language proficiency required.
Able to multitask and handle stress.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Powerpoint).

Responsibilities

Mainly responsible for Car Battery Delivery Rider daily operation including TRAINING and MONITORING.
Design, Plan & Perform and ensure riders are well-trained and follow SOPs, while delivering goods on time.
Increase efficiency and effectiveness in the overall daily operation flow.
Daily meetings with riders, collecting feedback and implementing improvements.
Grow with the team by improving workflow, SOP and KPI.
Provide Soft Skills, Technical, System training to staff and riders.
Organize training needs, schedule training dates and venues, and prepare paperwork.
