Job summary

Private Advertiser in Malaysia is hiring a Junior Operation Supervisor to support daily transportation operations. You will coordinate drivers, trucks and daily deliveries to ensure on-time performance and smooth operations.

No supervisory experience required; training will be provided. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. The role focuses on arranging schedules, driver communication, and maintaining basic operation records in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

We are looking for an Operation Supervisor to support our daily transportation operations.

In this role, you will mainly coordinate drivers, trucks and daily deliveries to ensure operations run smoothly and deliveries are completed according to schedule.

This is a junior operational role. Prior supervisory experience is NOT required.

Training and guidance will be provided.

What You'll Be Doing

Arrange and coordinate daily delivery schedules.

Coordinate drivers and truck availability.

Assign and communicate daily jobs to drivers.

Monitor delivery progress and follow up on delays or operational issues.

Handle day-to-day driver, vehicle and delivery-related matters.

Monitor drivers' attendance, leave and manpower availability.

Communicate with customers and internal departments on delivery arrangements.

Maintain basic operational records and reports.

Ensure drivers follow Company and customer SOPs, safety requirements and operational instructions.

Escalate major operational issues to the Operation Executive / Manager when necessary.

Who We're Looking For

Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent.

Experience in Logistics, Transportation, Fleet or Operations is an advantage, but not compulsory.
