Private Advertiser plans and schedules daily production activities aligned with customer orders and production capacity. You will coordinate across Production, Warehouse, Purchasing and Sales to ensure materials readiness and timely order fulfillment.

Responsibilities include monitoring material availability, tracking progress, adjusting plans for changes, maintaining records, and ensuring alignment with delivery schedules. Candidates will support planning and reporting to Management.

• Monitor raw material availability and ensure materials are ready for production.
• Follow up on production progress and identify delays or potential issues.
• Adjust production schedules when there are changes in orders, materials or production capacity.
• Maintain accurate production planning records, reports and documentation.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate material requirements with relevant departments.
• Ensure production plans are aligned with company priorities and delivery schedules.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Management.
