Technician, Operations & Maintenance responsible for preparing, scheduling, and coordinating assigned engineering projects. The role involves supervising and monitoring site worker efficiency and productivity, ensuring effective communication and coordination between project participants, and managing site documentation and reporting.
Prepare, schedule, and coordinate the assigned engineering project
Supervise and monitor site worker efficiency and productivity of progress on site
Ensure effective communication and coordination between project participants
Attend site meetings, prepare progress reports and other necessary documentation
Work under pressure and within tight deadlines
Liaise effectively with site administration, including site safety and control of materials/plants on site
Report to superior all findings and problems at site
Perform other duties or tasks as assigned by immediate superior
Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any related field
Proven working experience as a Site/project engineer, at least 1 year of working experience in the related field
Familiar with rules, regulations, best practices, and performance standards
Proficient in MS Office and Project Scheduling Software
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, able to write and speak
Able to work and travel to site across Peninsula Malaysia
