Job summary

Poh Kong Jewellery Manufacturer Sdn Bhd in Shah Alam is seeking a diligent administrative assistant to support the Production Division. You will perform daily administrative duties, coordinate workflows, and monitor processes to ensure smooth operations in a manufacturing environment.

You should have a pleasant personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills, a sense of responsibility, good work ethics, and a positive attitude. Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily administrative duties and support the Production Division.
• Coordinate, follow up, and monitor work processes to ensure smooth operations.

• Assist the Head of Department with assigned tasks.
• Perform any other administrative duties as assigned by the Head of Department.
