Job summary

Toll Group in Malaysia is seeking a dedicated operations professional to coordinate daily activities and ensure on-time service delivery at our Iskandar Puteri site. You will liaise with customers, vendors and internal teams to keep operations running smoothly, while preparing performance reports and ensuring regulatory compliance.

• Coordinate daily operational activities and ensure work is completed according to schedule.
• Monitor service delivery and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Liaise with customers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare operational reports, documentation, and performance records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
• Support resource planning, scheduling, and manpower coordination.
