Job summary

Toll Group in Malaysia is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to support our logistics operations. You will enter data per SOP, respond to information requests, and record information into Cargo Wise 1, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

You will proactively communicate with customers via email and look for continuous improvement opportunities through our CI initiative. A pre-employment check including criminal history and medical will be conducted; entitlement to work in Malaysia is

Qualifications

• Experience with data entry and following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Good written and verbal communication to respond to queries.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
