Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a proactive professional to report directly to the Chief Operating Officer, overseeing administrative, technical, and logistical workflows. You will prepare commercial sales proposals by coordinating with Business Development and Engineering, and manage delivery logistics with suppliers and on-site teams.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to leverage AI tools (Gemini / ChatGPT) to draft professional communications, refine proposals, summarise documentation, and automate administrative tasks.
• Experience with process and inventory tracking.

About you
