Job summary

Experian Information Services Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking an Operations Assistant to perform audit checking of consent forms for credit report purchases and to ensure compliance. You will manage turnaround times for your segment and support process and system changes to improve efficiency and workflows.

You will verify consent documents, handle external emails with clients, follow up on outstanding items, and conduct audits of monitoring reports, with ad-hoc tasks as required by the line manager.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in a relevant field of study.
• Open for fresh graduate - 1 year of working experience in KYC/operation.
• Verify documents and ensure all required information is complete and error-free.
