Job summary

DELEUM in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced professional to support job preparation for Solid Control operations. Coordinate equipment and manpower, ensuring safety requirements are met for client projects in oil and gas.

The role requires a minimum Diploma in Engineering and at least 3 years in Solid Control, with strong coordination and leadership abilities to guide SCE personnel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Oil and Gas industry specifically in Solid Control
• Diploma in Engineering or other relevant discipline

Responsibilities

• Comply with competence management system and PBCP.
• Adhere to DELEUM and client QHSE requirements.
• Coordinate manpower and equipment for SCE operations.
• Supervise SCE personnel and guide them on technical roles.
• Advise supervisor on operational matters and costs.
• Act as liaison for logistics of equipment, parts and consumables.
• Ensure readiness of maintenance and asset integrity.
• Own asset management responsibilities.
• Coordinate with Base Manager to ensure job preparation needs are met.
• Maintain stocking of consumables and parts.
• Handle additional tasks within scope as required.

Job description

Responsible for support of job preparation. Coordinate and lead equipment and manpower for Solid Control Operation. Ensure Solid Control Operations meet safety requirement expectations by company and client.

• Comply with the requirements of competence management system. Performance Base on Competency Program (PBCP).
• Adhere to Deleum and/or customer’s QHSE requirement.
• Coordinate manpower and equipment for SCE operations. Supervise SCE personnel and guide them on technical roles.
• Advice the supervisor on all operational matters in job preparation and operation cost.
• To act as liaison for logistics matters involving equipment, spare part, other consumable shipment from supplier and other third party.
• Ensure readiness of maintenance and integrity of assets prior on operation execution.
• Act as asset owner to perform overall asset management.
• Communicate with Base Manager and support staff to ensure all the matters related to job preparation are well coordinated (procurement, modification to equipment, equipment testing, safety gears and etc).
• Ensure all the consumable and parts are stocked periodically to support the operation.
• Perform tasks and responsibilities beyond those explicitly outlined in the job description as and when required, provided such tasks are reasonably related to the job and fall within the scope of your qualifications and expertise.
