Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Logistics/Depot Coordinator to support daily operations. You will coordinate with depot staff and forklift operators, arrange surveys before collection, and monitor clearances and bookings to keep shipments on track.

You will update depot systems promptly, liaise with leasing or shipping agents for damage costs, perform counter duties, and uphold safety and company policies. A background with 1–3 years in logistics or related fields is expected, with relevant diplomas

Qualifications

• SPM/STPM, Certificate, or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience
• Knowledge requirements : Basic logistics and depot operations, operational documentation, inventory records, safety procedures, company SOPs, customer service principles
• Skill requirements : Record keeping, coordination, data entry, communication

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with depot assistant/ forklift operator to maintain daily operations.
• Ensure and arrange unit/s to be surveyed before collection.
• Monitor, update and create clearance and bookings.
• Ensure that depot system updates are performed timely.
• Liaise and pursue with leasing/ shipping agents’ customer for any their party’s liable damage repair cost.
• Back-up counter duties.
• Adhere to statutory / company’s safety and health policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Any other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time.
