Job summary

Paris Baguette Logistics Sdn. Bhd. in Johor Bahru is seeking a production operator to support bakery manufacturing processes. You will adhere to safety policies, prepare equipment, and monitor machines to ensure smooth production and product quality.

The role emphasizes efficient operation, inventory handling, and proactive problem-solving to minimize downtime. Experience in manufacturing and a background in food/beverage are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Education of SPM or above.
• At least 2 years of experience in Manufacturing/Production Operations.
• Culinary, food & beverage background is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
• Prepare production equipment according to the production schedule and product specifications.
• Operate and monitor machines during production to ensure correct and efficient functioning.
• Make necessary adjustments to achieve optimal performance and product quality.
• Identify and troubleshoot minor machine issues to prevent production interruptions.
• Assist in managing inventory levels of raw materials and finished products, ensuring proper storage conditions are maintained.
• Conduct regular stock checks and promptly report discrepancies to section chef.
• Measure and prepare ingredients according to standardized recipes.
• Load ingredients into machines and monitor mixing, baking, and packaging processes to ensure products meet quality standards at each stage.
• Work efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines. Minimize waste and optimize the use of materials and resources.
• Maintain accurate records of production activities, including batch records, equipment logs, and quality control reports.
• Perform regular quality checks on products during various stages of production.
• Ensure all products comply with internal quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized workplace. Regularly clean and sanitize equipment, tools, and work areas.
• Support any ad hoc activities as required to ensure efficient and effective production processes.

Job Requirements:

1. Education of SPM or above.

Working Hour: Monday - Saturday (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
