ENPLUS SDN BHD is seeking an Operations / Administration Executive to support the General Manager and Director in daily operations, including administration, HR, finance support, and logistics coordination.
The role collaborates with internal teams, suppliers, customers and service providers to ensure smooth daily operations, with responsibilities spanning office administration, HR processes, payroll, procurement and documentation.
The Operations / Administration Executive is responsible for supporting the General Manager and Director in the day-to-day operations of the company, including administration, human resources, finance support, logistics coordination, and general office operations.
The position holder reports to the General Manager and is expected to work closely with internal departments, parent and affiliated companies, suppliers, customers, and external service providers to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Office administration and operational support
Human Resources administration
Recruitment, onboarding and offboarding coordination
Payroll, leave administration and employee records
Finance and accounting support (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, expense claims, banking, SST and financial reporting support)
Procurement and logistics coordination
Project and company administrative documentation
Coordination with government agencies, vendors and external service providers
Maintenance of company documentation and electronic filing systems
In addition to the above, the position holder shall assist Management with any other operational or administrative duties as assigned.
Manage daily office administration and operational activities.
Support recruitment, onboarding, offboarding and employee administration.
Maintain employee records, HR documentation and personnel files.
Coordinate payroll, leave administration, attendance and employee benefits.
Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
Coordinate training and staff development activities.
Assist in the preparation of HR, operational and management reports.
Support Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), expense claims, banking transactions and SST submissions where required.
Assist in month-end financial reporting and account reconciliations.
Assist in procurement activities, including sourcing, purchasing and supplier coordination.
Monitor deliveries and coordinate with suppliers, forwarders and logistics providers.
Track and maintain goods receipt records and inventory documentation.
Coordinate shipment planning to ensure timely customer deliveries.
Prepare and maintain project and company documentation, including Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Orders (DO), Invoices (INV) and related records.
Develop and maintain electronic filing systems for company documentation.
Perform any other duties assigned by Management.
Education: Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, or other related disciplines.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in an SME environment with exposure to operations and administrative functions.
Experience in Human Resources or Accounting will be an advantage.
Familiarity with payroll, employment regulations, finance support, procurement or logistics coordination is preferred.
Able to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
Able to commence work immediately or within short notice will be an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

Able to work independently with minimum supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Special note is that this is a start-up. The position holder is expected work with limited resources or create new procedures to tackle issues that may arise along the way.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Candidates with more relevant experience may be offered a higher salary.
