Job summary

dtcpay is seeking a QA Support professional to provide day-to-day production issue support, perform initial triage, and maintain regression testing coverage across our business systems. You will work with Development, Product, Operations, and Customer Service to investigate issues, assess impact, and ensure resolution while upholding data security and compliance standards.

The role focuses on first-line verification, accurate issue recording, and clear communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Software Testing, Production Support, Application Support, or a related role.
Experience in fintech, payments, financial services, or a similarly regulated technology environment is an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to perform structured initial triage.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day production issue support and initial triage for incidents.
Perform initial triage to identify defects, configuration issues, data issues or external-related problems.
Escalate issues to Development or technical teams and track progress to resolution.
Maintain accurate production issue records and verify root causes before communicating findings.
Communicate clearly when issues are under investigation and avoid presenting assumptions as conclusions.
Execute regression testing across assigned modules and improve the regression test case library.
