Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in QA, software testing, production or application support.
• Experience in fintech/payments or regulated tech is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, ownership, and issue triage skills.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day production issue support and triage.
• Escalate issues to development teams and track resolution.
• Maintain accurate production issue records with steps and root causes.
• Perform regression testing across core business modules.
• Collaborate with Development, Operations, and Customer Service teams.
• Apply AI tools to support QA activities while ensuring human verification.
