Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or Automation Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 0-1 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing or operations.
• Proficiency in English communication.
• Technical understanding of equipment maintenance and repair processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage technicians to ensure safety, quality and efficiency.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and repair as first responder and coordinate with engineering.
• Develop plans to meet production schedules within quality and cost targets.
• Manage shift schedules, staffing, vacations and overtime to maintain staffing levels.
• Establish training strategies and monitor progress for ramp readiness.
• Maintain staffing certifications aligned with production goals.
• Develop long-term strategies to improve manufacturing operations and capabilities.
• Foster an inclusive, productive environment aligned with Intel values.
