Job summary

Qualifications

• Physically able to perform routine manufacturing tasks safely, standing and handling ~5kg.

Job Details

Regular onsite role with readiness to work in shifts. Perform product manufacturing and assembly tasks, ensuring outputs meet industry standards and customer specifications. Support developing, building, and testing new products, prototypes, or processes; operate equipment in‑factory or remotely. Collect and evaluate operating data, adjust equipment, and optimize production efficiency. Set up and operate equipment following SOPs and good manufacturing practices; support installation, basic maintenance, and training of production equipment. Maximize equipment utilization and automated systems; work with Manufacturing Operations Manager and team to meet output requirements and elevate issues when needed. Maintain raw material availability, conduct quality checks, drive process improvements, and maintain production logs and documentation.

This role offers a one‑year contract with the opportunity for an additional one‑year extension. There is also potential for conversion to a permanent position, subject to business needs and strong candidate performance.
