Job summary

Ingredion Incorporated in Malaysia seeks an experienced HR Generalist/HR Business Partner to drive people strategies, workforce planning, and performance management in a manufacturing setting. You will partner with plant leaders to implement KPIs and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and at least 5 years in HR. You will support organization design, engagement, and development programs at our Bandar Enstek, Nilai site, on-site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of HR Generalist or HR Business Partner experience.
• Experience supporting organizational development, workforce planning, and performance management.
• Strong understanding of Malaysian Employment Laws, Industrial Relations practices, and statutory requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Partner with plant leaders and functional managers to drive people strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Support KPI implementation and performance management processes.
• Facilitate performance reviews, goal setting, and ongoing discussions.
• Promote high-performance culture through coaching and manager support.
• Assist with organizational design, succession planning, and workforce planning.
• Provide HR advisory on policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Support learning and development initiatives and HR projects.
