Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related discipline required.
• Minimum 5 years of HR Generalist or HR Business Partner experience, preferably in manufacturing/industrial environments.
• Experience supporting organizational development, workforce planning, and performance management initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Malaysian Employment Laws, Industrial Relations practices, and statutory requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Partner with plant leaders and functional managers to drive people strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Support implementation and monitoring of KPIs and performance management processes.
• Facilitate performance reviews, goal setting, and ongoing performance discussions.
• Promote a high-performance culture through coaching and manager support.
• Support organizational design initiatives to improve effectiveness, productivity, and reporting structures.
• Identify critical roles and develop succession plans to ensure business continuity.
• Contribute to workforce planning activities, including headcount planning and talent forecasting.
• Build strong relationships with employees and managers to foster a positive workplace culture.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, communication programs, and site-wide events.
• Provide guidance on employee relations matters and facilitate resolutions where appropriate.
• Promote diversity, inclusion, and employee well-being programs.
• Execute annual HR processes and programs, including performance management, talent reviews, compensation planning, and employee engagement surveys.
• Support learning and development initiatives to enhance workforce capabilities.
• Drive HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
• Provide day-to-day HR advisory support on policies, procedures, and employment practices.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian employment legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate and support foreign worker administration and permit-related processes.
