Job summary

Ingredion Incorporated is seeking an experienced HR Generalist/HR Business Partner to collaborate with plant leaders and managers to align people strategies with business goals. This on-site role in Bandar Enstek/Nilai emphasizes performance management, talent development, and regulatory compliance in a manufacturing setting.

You will support organizational design, succession planning, and workforce forecasting while fostering a positive, diverse workplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of HR Generalist or HR Business Partner experience, preferably within a manufacturing, industrial, or plant environment.
• Experience supporting organizational development, workforce planning, and performance management initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Malaysian Employment Laws, Industrial Relations practices, and statutory requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

• Provide guidance on employee relations matters and facilitate resolutions where appropriate.

What you will do

Business Partnership & Performance Management

HR Programs & Talent Development

• Execute annual HR processes and programs, including performance management, talent reviews, compensation planning, and employee engagement surveys.
• Support learning and development initiatives to enhance workforce capabilities.
• Drive HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen employee experience and organizational effectiveness.

HR Operations & Compliance

• Provide day-to-day HR advisory support on policies, procedures, and employment practices.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian employment legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate and support foreign worker administration and permit‑related processes.

What you will bring

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
