Job summary

Diamond Key International is seeking a Field Services Engineer to provide onsite technical expertise supporting Terminal Automation Systems (TAS) and Non-TAS in petroleum bulk depot operations. The role involves troubleshooting, commissioning, technical support, customer engagement, and growing Spare Parts & Services business.

The position requires extensive field work with local, regional, and international travel, and a recognised IT or Engineering degree with relevant onsite experience is

Qualifications

A recognised tertiary qualification in IT or Engineering.
1 year of on-site working experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
Electrical, Electronic, and mechanical engineering background would be an added advantage

Responsibilities

Provide onsite field services technical expertise in IT, electronic, electrical, control & instrumentation and mechanical to support TAS and Non-TAS systems.
Provide on-site technical support for issues at Gantry Metering line/skid, TAS IT system/network, PLC, etc.
Liaise with third-party product suppliers for system solutions.
Assist the project team as commissioning team when needed.
Provide technical delivery, installation, testing, and commissioning for TAS IT sub-components on new projects.
