Job summary

MULTIMAC ENGINEERING SDN. BHD. is seeking an on-site supervisor to lead civil, structural and foundation execution in a major project in Miri, Malaysia.

You will monitor piling, concrete works, earthworks, site grading, drainage, and equipment foundations while coordinating with subcontractors. You will review drawings, method statements and ITPs to ensure compliance with project specs, PETRONAS PTS / Shell DEP and local standards, conduct QA/QC field inspections, verify rebar, supervise safety

Responsibilities

• Supervise civil, structural, and foundation execution on-site (piling, concrete structures, site grading, drainage, equipment foundations, and earthworks).
• Review engineering drawings, site method statements, and inspection test plans (ITP) to ensure compliance with project specifications, PETRONAS PTS / Shell DEP, and local standards.
• Conduct joint field inspections (QA/QC), verify rebar setup, approve pre-pour/post-pour concrete inspections, and supervise excavation safety.
• Coordinate daily field progress with sub-contractors, manage site logistics, and prepare daily site reports.
• Ensure all civil activities adhere strictly to site HSE guidelines and Permit to Work (PTW) requirements.
