Qualifications

Diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain management, business, or a related field.
3–5 years of warehouse or logistics experience, with 1–2 years in supervision.
Knowledge of ERP/WMS systems and MS Excel is required; SAP is a bonus.

Responsibilities

Supervise and schedule warehouse staff and ensure daily targets are met.
Oversee receiving, put-away, picking, packing and dispatch activities.
Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock takes.
Coordinate with procurement, production, planning and customer service on stock availability and delivery schedules.
Ensure proper documentation and data updates in ERP/WMS system.
Monitor KPIs such as order accuracy and on-time delivery.
Enforce 5S, workplace safety and regulatory compliance.
Train, coach and evaluate team members; handle attendance and discipline.
Identify issues and propose corrective actions and improvements.
