Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Diploma‑holder in Engineering for an on-site role at Kulim, Malaysia. The position centers on facilities engineering with hands-on balance measurements and reporting within the TAB team.

You will perform regular balancing measurements, assist engineers and PM/CM, and maintain accurate balance reports while coordinating with vendors to ensure timely ticket closures.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering discipline with hands-on facilities engineering experience.
• At least 1 year of working experience.
• Able to work independently with integrity and a strong sense of urgency in interpersonal interactions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure ticket closure per OVSC meeting date line.
• Maintain daily/monthly balance reports for TAB team and related tasks.
• Perform annual inspection of ventilation hood systems for safe operation.
• Assist Intel Facilities engineer and PM/CM with troubleshooting activities.
• Record flow & static readings on Balance Reports and Field Lateral Log readings.
• Respond promptly to balancing needs with tools owner and discuss upcoming balancing.
• Report abnormalities immediately during inspections or balancing.
• Carry out any other task assigned by the immediate superior.
• Assist OEM and Intel Facilities engineer with checks and troubleshooting.
