Job summary

JLL in Bayan Lepas, Malaysia is seeking a TAB technician to support daily balancing, inspection, and reporting within the facilities engineering team. The role involves measuring flow and static pressure, recording balance data, and coordinating with the Intel Facilities engineer and PM/CM for troubleshooting.

The position is on-site at Bayan Lepas, with responsibilities spanning reporting, equipment inspection, and task execution as directed by the supervisor.

Responsibilities

1) TAB technician to measure and record the flow & static on the Balance Report and Field Lateral Log Reading locations.
2) If no initial reading is present, make test port, and record initial lateral static reading and post Log on that lateral.
3) Maintain Good record of balancing report
4) Responsible for daily and monthly report for TAB team
5) Report out abnormalities immediately during the inspection or balancing
6) Assist the Intel Facilities engineer to carry out checking and trouble shooting
7) Assist the PM/CM to carry out checking and trouble shooting
8) To perform any other task given by the immediate superior
9) Assist the OEM to carry out checking and trouble shooting
10) Assist the Intel Facilities engineer to carry out checking and trouble shooting
11) Assist the PM/CM to carry out checking and trouble shooting
12) To perform any other task given by the immediate superior
