Job summary

JLL is seeking an M&E Technician to drive maintenance programs with a focus on reliability at our Kulim site in Malaysia. You will support routine inspections, respond to emergency repairs, and collaborate with System Engineers to monitor performance and safety.

The role requires a Diploma in Engineering and the ability to work 12-hour shifts with occasional travel, while maintaining strong client relations and accurate reporting. On-site location: Kulim, Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Drive maintenance programs for facilities with a focus on reliability.
• Perform routine inspections and support emergency repairs.
• Lead emergency repairs and monitor system performance and loading.
• Coordinate reliability-improvement projects including testing and commissioning.
• Interface with clients to identify critical needs and define specifications.
• Basic troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical and chemical systems.
• Maintain data integrity in reports such as Daily Shift Ops and Maximo PM Closure.
