Job summary

JLL in Malaysia is seeking a PM Facilities Technician to support our facilities operations at Kulim, Kedah on site.

You will perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, chilled water, process cooling, and related systems, and document activities in MAXIMO.

Candidate should have a Diploma in Engineering and at least 1 year of hands-on experience, with strong communication and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering with hands-on facilities engineering experience.
• At least 1 year of working experience.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines, including irregular hours and travel.
• Interpersonal skills with a strong client focus and good written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Ensure facilities systems reliability including HVAC, chilled water, oil-free air, process cooling water, process exhaust and related systems in line with SOPs.
• Perform routine PM and troubleshooting.
• Fill PM documentation in MAXIMO.
• Maintain safety standards during duties.
• Assist internal maintenance technicians when PM activities are completed.
• Diagnose and replace worn parts in PM equipment.
• Report and escalate abnormalities.
