Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Property Consultants Pte Ltd is seeking a Diploma-qualified Facilities Technician in Kedah, Malaysia. You will perform balancing measurements, inspections of ventilation systems, and assist engineers with trouble shooting and reporting.

Duties include closing tickets per OVSC, reducing escalations, and maintaining accurate TAB records. You should have at least 1 year of hands-on facilities experience, be able to work independently, and adapt to irregular hours or travel when

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess a minimum Diploma in Engineering discipline, with considerable hands-on working experience in facilities engineering.
• Possess at least 1 year of working experience.
• Able to work independently, possess integrity and a right sense of urgency to meet deadlines, including work irregular hours and occasional travel if any urgent support.

Responsibilities

• 1) Ensure ticket closure as per OVSC meeting date line.
• 2) Ensure zero ITP and ITS.
• 3) Ensure zero escalation and feedback to/from customer.
• 4) Perform weekly/ monthly /quarterly / Annual exhaust balancing facilities measurement.
• 5) Perform annual inspection of ventilation hood system to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
• 6) Promptly respond & discuss with tools owner for the upcoming balancing.
• 7) Maintain good record of balancing report.
• 8) Responsible for daily and monthly report for TAB team.
• 9) Report out abnormalities immediately during the inspection or balancing.
• 10) Assist the Intel Facilities engineer to carry out checking and trouble shooting.
• 11) Assist the PM/CM to carry out checking and trouble shooting.
• 12) To perform any other task given by the immediate superior.
• 13) TAB technician to measure and record the flow & static on the Balance Report and Field Lateral Log Reading locations are to be. If no initial reading is present, make test port, and record initial lateral static reading and post Log on that lateral.
• Other Responsibilities
• 1) Assist the OEM to carry out checking and trouble shooting
• 2) Assist the Intel Facilities engineer to carry out checking and trouble shooting
• 3) Assist the PM/CM to carry out checking and trouble shooting
• 4) To perform any other task given by the immediate superior
