Job summary

INSPUR COMMUNICATION MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. seeks a Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) – Yellow Book, full-time on-site in Bagan Datuk, Perak.

You will oversee day-to-day safety activities on site, monitor work practices, and ensure compliance with national regulations and safety policies. You will deliver toolbox meetings, coordinate safety training, maintain records, and work with project managers and subcontractors to foster a safe and healthy work environment.

Qualifications

• Strong Health & Safety knowledge including Malaysian regulations, Yellow Book requirements, site safety best practices.
• Experience delivering toolbox talks, safety briefings, and awareness programs for site personnel.
• Risk assessment, hazard identification, and preventive and corrective safety measures.

Responsibilities

• Deliver toolbox meetings and safety briefings on site.
• Coordinate and document safety training and maintain up-to-date safety records.
• Identify hazards and implement corrective actions; conduct accident and incident investigations.
