Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Install, service, and repair Konica Minolta equipment at customer sites.
Perform service, maintenance, and repair of Konica Minolta products efficiently and professionally.
Install and configure printers, drivers, and related software/applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on machines and solutions provided.
Accurately complete and submit service reports and documentation on time.
Manage spare parts usage and returns in accordance with company procedures.
Provide timely updates when attending service calls at customer sites.
Attend technical training and stay updated on service manuals and bulletins.
Maintain confidentiality of company information.
Support other branches/areas and perform additional duties as assigned.
