Job summary

IDMS Technologies Sdn Bhd is seeking to hire on-site IT support staff to provide services in Kajang, Putrajaya and surrounding areas. The role includes on-site installation, troubleshooting, and end-to-end support from our Kajang Sentral office.

Successful candidates will be assigned based on home address and coverage in the Putrajaya, Kajang and Bangi regions. Fresh graduates are welcome as training will be provided; full-time position; attractive incentives, annual increments and travel

Qualifications

Certificate in Computer Science or equivalent.
Good communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Analytical and technically oriented.
Mature and able to work with minimum supervision.
Fresh graduates welcome as training will be provided.
1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site IT support for our customers mainly at Kajang/Putrajaya area.
Responsible for on-site installation.
Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues and implementing effective solutions.
Work location: Our office located at Taman Kajang Sentral.
Job coverage area will be in Putrajaya/Kajang/Bangi. The successful candidates will be assigned according to their home address.
