Job summary

CNECC Engineering(Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd seeks an experienced HSE Supervisor to lead on-site safety at Pengerang. You must hold a DOSH-registered Site Safety Supervisor (Yellow Book) with 5+ years’ site safety experience and coordinate with construction teams and clients. Fluent in Bahasa Melayu and English; Mandarin is a plus.

This full-time, on-site role offers RM4,000–RM5,000 monthly, with promotion prospects and professional development.

Qualifications

• Must hold a DOSH-registered Site Safety Supervisor (Yellow Book).
• Minimum 5 years of site safety experience.
• Fluency in Bahasa Melayu and English; Mandarin is a plus.
• Knowledge of OSHA, FMA, DOSH regulations and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site safety supervision and inspections.
• Conduct site inductions and toolbox talks for workers.
• Support accident investigations, corrective actions and preventive plans.
• Coordinate safety matters with construction teams, clients and subcontractors.
• Support safety audits and authority/consultant inspections.
