Job summary

Green Plus Consultancy in Johor Bahru is seeking a skilled Safety & Health Officer to safeguard workers on our sites. You will conduct safety inductions, enforce OSH Act compliance, inspect for unsafe acts, and promote a safe workplace across project teams.

You must hold a Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health, a valid DOSH Yellow Book, a CIDB Green Card and NTSP, with 3–5 years of SSS experience on TNB or similar projects. Own transport and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health required.
• Valid Yellow Book registered with DOSH.
• CIDB Green Card and NTSP needed.
• 3–5 years of SSS experience on any major project.

Responsibilities

• Conduct safety induction for new site staff.
• Ensure workplace and site staff comply with the OSH Act and other related requirements at all times.
• Inspect, investigate and rectify unsafe acts, accidents and conflicts at the workplace.
• Promote a safe workplace for all site team and contractors.
• Prepare and review documentation related to safety & health and meet deadlines.
• Carry out tasks on safety and health as directed by the employer or site supervisor.
• Conduct regular safety meetings with the superior and subcontractor.
