Job summary

CCIE ENGINEERING (M) SDN. BHD. seeks a Site Safety Supervisor to lead safety programs on construction sites in Malaysia. You will develop policies, conduct inspections, and drive safety improvements in coordination with project teams.

Responsibilities include accident investigations, DOSH reporting, and maintaining safety records. Must hold the Malaysian Yellow Book and be familiar with government project processes.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid Malaysian Site Safety Supervisor Yellow Book.
• Familiar with DOSH requirements and OSHA standards.
• Experience with government project processes is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement safety policies and programs aligned with OSHA and regs.
• Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments and implement controls.
• Prepare emergency plans and organize drills.
• Investigate accidents, analyze root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Report to the Malaysian DOSH as required and maintain safety records.
• Serve as member/secretary of the Safety and Health Committee.
• Collect and analyze safety data and produce management reports.
• Drive improvements and promote innovative safety solutions.
• Conduct toolbox meetings and coordinate with subcontractors on safety.
• Collaborate with project managers to foster safety culture on site.
