Job summary

Tin City Impact in Kuala Lumpur offers an on-site HR internship to support recruitment, records, onboarding, and HR policy administration. You’ll work with our HR Manager, gain exposure to benefits, attendance tracking, and personnel management in a fast-paced, creative agency.

Ideal for Diploma or degree students in HR, Business Admin, or Psychology who are proactive and detail-oriented. The internship provides hands-on experience in a dynamic team with opportunities to contribute to real HR

Qualifications

Pursuing or recent graduate in HR/BA/psychology; internship is on-site.
Strong organizational skill and ability to handle confidential information.
Proficient English writing and speaking; other languages advantageous.
Willingness to learn in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Responsibilities

Support recruitment tasks: screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining records.
Assist HR manager with onboarding and orientation.
Coordinate HR documentation and benefits administration.
Assist with office administration and team events.
