Job summary

T-Pot Marketing Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced After-Sales Service Technician to join our Kota Kemuning team in Selangor. This full-time role focuses on delivering technical support, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining customer equipment to ensure reliability and satisfaction.

You will perform repairs on home electronics appliances, conduct preventative maintenance, document all service activities, and communicate clearly with customers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in after-sales service or similar technical support role.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities for electronics and home appliances.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites with a valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical repairs and servicing for home appliances (TVs, fridges, washing machines, ACs).
• Conduct preventative maintenance to minimise downtime and extend lifespan.
• Document service activities and maintain repair logs for customers.
• Provide clear explanations of issues and solutions to customers.
• Collaborate with the technical team to resolve complex problems.
