Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated seeks a Specialist, Data Center Operations to manage on-site maintenance for HV/LV infrastructure in Selangor, Malaysia. You will coordinate service providers, track work orders, and ensure adherence to client standards to minimize operational disruptions.

Qualifications

Diploma in Engineering or equivalent in electrical/engineering fields.
A4 Chargeman Certification and registration as Electrical Worker.
3–4 years of relevant experience in engineering or construction services.
1–2 years in operation of electrical/mechanical services in Tier III data centres or similar.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day maintenance and service provider coordination for HV/LV infrastructure.
Ensure site practices comply with company and client standards; escalate as needed.
Prepare weekly incidents and KPI reviews for project management teams.
Coordinate PTW, JHA, and safety inductions with contractors.
Support budget tracking, vendor management, and space planning using AutoCAD.
