• Lead and manage all daily on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Develop and monitor project timelines, costs, and resource allocation plans.
• Implement safety protocols, conducting regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Coordinate proactively with all stakeholders, including project manager, engineers, site supervisors, subcontractors, to ensure alignment across all aspects and execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, bottlenecks or site conflicts and implement practical recovery plans.
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting milestones and addressing risks.
• Manage procurement of materials, equipment and logistics to ensure cost effectively and timely availability of resources on-site.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and record.
