The role involves supervising daily site activities, checking material deliveries, maintaining site diaries and progress reports, supporting contract administration, and enforcing safety practices.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in building construction or civil projects.

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily site construction activities ensuring work aligns with approved drawings, specs, and method statements.
• Monitor progress against master schedule and report delays or bottlenecks to Project Manager.
• Coordinate subcontractors, direct labor, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.
• Check and verify material deliveries, equipment allocation, and workmanship quality.
• Prepare and maintain site documentation (Site Diaries, progress reports, inspection records, material logs).
• Support contract administration by tracking site measurements and subcontractor claims; assist with VO/RFIs.
