HC Industrial Builder Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly organized Site Manager to oversee daily construction site operations in Penang. You will translate project plans into on-site actions, lead engineers and supervisors, and ensure work is carried out safely, on schedule, and to high quality standards.

Key duties include coordinating subcontractors, enforcing QA/QC, tracking progress with daily diaries and weekly reports, and staying compliant with DOSH and OSHA guidelines.

Qualificações

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building, or related field.
• Minimum 5–8+ years hands-on site management experience on building or civil projects.
• Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage day-to-day site activities in line with approved drawings and schedule.
• Direct, supervise, and mentor site engineers, supervisors, and workers to maximize productivity.
• Enforce QA/QC and safety compliance for all works on site.
• Track progress with site meetings, daily diaries, and weekly reports.
