INTIGA SDN BHD is seeking a responsible and hands-on Site Supervisor to oversee daily site activities, coordinate with contractors and project teams, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project requirements.

The candidate will supervise daily activities, coordinate workers and contractors, monitor progress, maintain quality and safety, conduct inspections, manage materials, and help with setting out and scheduling to meet project timelines.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 1-3 years site experience.
• Able to read construction drawings.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Willing to work on-site under hot/physical conditions.
• Knowledge of safety regulations is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Supervise daily activities and ensure work follows drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate workers, contractors, and site operations.
• Monitor work progress and report updates to Head of Department.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve on-site technical issues.
• Check materials delivery and usage on site.
• Maintain site records, reports, and work schedules.
• Assist in setting out and basic site measurements.
• Ensure project timelines are met.
