Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building Technology, or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in civil engineering, infrastructure, or road construction.
• Experience supervising road construction activities including earthworks, drainage, pavement, asphalt.
• Ability to read construction drawings, specs, method statements, and schedules.
• Supervise subcontractors and monitor manpower productivity while ensuring quality and safety.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily construction activities to ensure works follow drawings, specs, methods, and project schedule.
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, workers, suppliers, and site resources.
• Monitor road construction works including earthworks, drainage, pavement, asphalt, kerb installation and related civil works.
• Ensure all works comply with quality requirements, materials, standards, and client specs.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify defects, non-conformance and safety hazards; implement corrective actions.
• Maintain daily site records including diary, manpower, equipment usage, material deliveries, progress, and issues.
• Monitor project progress against the approved work programme and highlight delays or risks.
• Perform other duties assigned by Senior Project Manager or Management.
