Job summary

MYLadder Sdn Bhd seeks a Marketing Executive to drive online and offline marketing for a unique home improvement product. You will plan campaigns, manage content across channels, and generate digital assets to support sales and brand growth.

You will collaborate with management, monitor performance, and help expand both e-commerce and retail presence. 2+ years’ experience and bilingual BM/English are required; Mandarin is a plus. Travel may be needed and reimbursed.

Qualifications

• 3.0 CGPA minimum for Bachelor's degree.
• At least 2 years marketing experience.
• Proficient in BM and English; Mandarin is a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Creativity, proactive, detail-oriented, team player.
• Willing to travel; travel costs reimbursed.

Responsibilities

• Develop marketing strategies to grow awareness.
• Plan and run campaigns for online (e-commerce) & offline (retail & expos) channels.
• Manage social media and online marketplace content.
• Generate digital contents as needed (video, graphics, etc.).
• Manage and grow offline retail channels.
• Track marketing performance and prepare reports.
• Work directly with management on the success of the product.
