Miclebina Properties Sdn. Bhd. seeks an Assistant Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategy, plan campaigns, and drive sales through branding and digital initiatives. You will oversee budgets, coordinate with vendors, and ensure consistent brand standards across all channels.

The role requires 2+ years in property marketing, fluency in BM/English/Mandarin preferred, and leadership ability to manage a marketing team. Knowledge of Photoshop/Canva is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business/Marketing or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years working experience in property sales and marketing, preferably in managerial level.
• Strong knowledge in property market trends, branding and marketing strategies.
• Experience in digital marketing, social media management and advertising campaigns.
• Leadership skills with ability to manage and guide a marketing team.
• Good communication, negotiation and coordination skills.
• Languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin (Mandarin-speaking candidates is highly preferred to liaise with related stakeholders).
• Knowledge of photo/video editing skills (e.g. Photoshop, Canva or similar tools) is an added advantage.

Responsabilités

• Lead and oversee overall marketing strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
• Plan, manage and execute marketing campaigns to support sales and branding.
• Monitor and guide digital marketing, social media, advertising and promotional activities.
• Develop and manage marketing budget with cost control and performance.
• Coordinate with vendors, agencies, media and third parties for materials and PR.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities and customer insights in property.
• Ensure timely preparation of marketing materials, launches, events and promotions.
• Maintain brand image and marketing standards across platforms.
• Prepare marketing reports and present campaign performance to management.
