Job summary

OceanMaster Engineering Pte Ltd invites applications for an HVAC Service Technician (Marine / Offshore) stationed in Singapore, Tuas. You will install, test, and service RHVAC systems on vessels and coordinate with a team.

The role requires at least 2 years in marine RHVAC, certification in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning or a Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical Engineering, and willingness to travel and work long hours.

Qualifications

• RHVAC troubleshooting knowledge and hands-on experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to coach junior team members and share knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Carry out installation, testing, overhauling compressors and servicing of air-conditioning and refrigeration units.
• Coordinate the work activities of the team to meet timelines.
• Update daily Progress Tracking Report and completion status.
• Prepare survey/inspection reports and estimate labour/materials.
• Communicate with client/crew on technical issues and recommendations.
• Coach junior team members to enhance skills.
• Ensure Safety, Health and Environmental standards are followed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by HOD or Management.
