Qualifications

• Experience in crew logistics, travel coordination, or administrative support within marine/offshore industries.
• Malaysian citizens only.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily crewing administration and crew changes across our fleet.
• Arrange travel, visas, work permits and related requirements.
• Maintain accurate crew records and processing of travel expense claims.
• Support offshore payroll processes and ensure compliance with company procedures.
