Job summary

AGENSI PEKERJAAN LIFEWORK SDN BHD is seeking an Administration professional to handle crewing logistics in cooperation with the Marine Crew Planning team. You will work with crew, port agents and offshore HR to ensure safe, efficient crew changes and travel authorisations.

The role requires strong English skills, cross-cultural service delivery and knowledge of crew travel arrangements within maritime contexts, with daily coordination to keep systems updated.

Qualifications

• Good spoken and written English skills.
• Proficiency in an additional language is an advantage.
• Knowledge of crew travel arrangements, from a marine or similar industry.
• Sufficient experience in providing professional service supply in different cultural settings.

Responsibilities

• Administration of crewing logistics in cooperation with Marine Crew Planning team.
• Work closely with Marine Crewing team and port agents to ensure a safe and efficient crew change.
• Support crew in acquiring travel authorisation (visa, work permit, etc.).
• Coordinate with Offshore HR and Crewing Team to provide support letters as required.
• Daily follow up of marine crew and cooperation with manning agencies.
• Assist Crew Planning and Crew Compliance with coordination and verification of third-party crew.
• Control and approval of monthly travel expense claims for marine crew.
• Provide administrative support to the offshore payroll process.
• Keep the crew management tool accurately updated at all times.
