Job summary

Deleum Berhad is seeking a professional to implement, monitor, and report offshore performance in line with contract requirements and procedures. The role supports the Project Manager and Workpack Team Lead to sustain KPI targets and project goals.

You will monitor and analyze offshore performance, report per the Performance Monitoring Procedure, and conduct offshore visits to verify data input accuracy, while complying with COBC and QHSE requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in oil and gas / petrochemical industry.
• Minimum 2 years in similar capacity or position.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Implement, monitor, and report offshore performance per contract requirements.
• Assist Project Manager and Workpack Team Lead to sustain KPI and project targets.
• Monitor, analyze, and report offshore performance per Performance Monitoring Procedure.
• Comply with weekly performance reporting and post-project reviews.
• Perform offshore site visits to verify data input accuracy.
• Adhere to COBC and QHSE requirements.
