Job summary

JM NATURALS SDN. BHD. is seeking a proactive Business Development & Brand Activation Executive to drive offline growth for a Malaysian personal care brand. The role is field-based, focusing on expanding retail presence, developing new partnerships and managing stockists.

You will identify new channels, approach potential partners, and nurture relationships while supporting events, pop-ups and campaigns. Travel to meetings, stores, and events is expected as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Malaysian nationality and strong communication skills.
• Outgoing and confident; able to talk to new people.
• Sales-oriented with initiative and ability to manage multiple leads.
• Willing to travel for meetings, store visits and events.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new offline sales channels for the brand.
• Research and approach potential and suitable retail partners.
• Introduce the brand and products to potential business partners and follow up on opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential stockists.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure inventory supports sales and events.
• Identify suitable bazaars, exhibitions, pop-ups, markets and offline events.
• Represent the brand at events and engage confidently with customers and partners.
• Proactively identify opportunities to increase offline presence and sales.
• Gather feedback from customers, stockists and the market to identify improvements.
• Support online team with livestreams, content creation, product launches, campaigns when required.
