Responsibilities include facilities management, safety, vendor oversight, cost control, and process development.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in office management, preferably with staff size exceeding 150.
• Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Strong relationship-building and confidentiality.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and with a strong sense of ownership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee office facilities, resources, and workplace operations to ensure business continuity, employee productivity, and a safe, well-functioning environment.
• Champion a positive, inclusive, and service-oriented workplace experience by acting as an employee concierge and driving initiatives that support wellbeing, engagement, convenience, and productivity.
• Coordinate occupational health, safety, and wellbeing initiatives in line with policies; lead BIA, BCP, and SCM activities for readiness and resilience.
• Manage relationships with building management, landlords, and service providers; monitor renewals and compliance with contracts.
• Monitor office-related expenditures; promote cost-efficient planning and identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop, document, and standardize clear office processes aligned with guidelines for consistency and knowledge transfer.
• Collaborate with leadership to deliver day-to-day operational requirements with timely execution and accountability.
